Duties of the Information systems specialist include:
• Analyze clients’ existing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud environments, to identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements
• Plan, develop, and implement IT solutions that support business operations, including network systems, server environments, and cloud-based platforms
• Monitor system performance and reliability, and coordinate testing to ensure new or updated systems function properly before deployment
• Review internal IT processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and security of information systems
• Develop and apply procedures and best practices throughout the system development and implementation process
• Investigate system issues or inconsistencies, document findings, and coordinate necessary adjustments or upgrades
• Perform scheduled maintenance and updates on servers, network equipment, and related infrastructure to maintain system stability and security

Job Requirements:
Requirements for the role:
• College diploma is required.
• At least 1 year of work experience as an information systems specialist.
• Proven experience providing technical support to users and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, great communication and exceptional customer service skills.
