Information Systems Business Analyst Job

We are looking for an Information Systems Business Analyst to join our team. It is a full-time position (35 hours/week), $30-34/hour, paid on a semi-monthly basis with 10 days of paid vacation. Job duties:
- Collaborate with business clients and technical specialists
- Perform merchant and user requirements study and analysis
- Translate and distribute functional system design specifications to development team
- Advise on design, architecture, testing, and maintenance of the company’s e-commerce platform, apps, and networks systems
- Identify, plan and implement solutions for system development and improvement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure workflow efficiency and information privacy
- Continuously seek opportunities for the improvement of deployment, operational processes and procedures
- Prepare data analysis report on a regular basis to support decision making
- Attend educational seminars and industrial meetings to keep updated on the latest technology and trend

- A bachelor's degree in computer science/business administration/software engineering or related field
- Prefer 3+ years of experience in gathering business requirements and working on subsequent system design and development
- Able to analyze system records and translate data
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office, COBOL, C, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customer orientation
- Strong analytical, incident resolution and problem solving skills
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
