Information system Manager(NOC 20012) Job

About Us: As one of the largest education company in the Great Vancouver, Canada CVC Services Ltd. recruits 1 Information System Manager.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Information Systems Manager to drive our technology strategy and ensure the seamless operation of our information systems.

Duties:

Managing IT staff by overseeing, recruiting, and training employees;
Monitoring daily performance of IT systems, including computers, programs, and networks, Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure;
Installing new upgrades for hardware and software;
Developing data backup systems and disaster recovery contingencies;
Plan and control budget and expenditures;
Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems;
Authorize the development of specifications for products or services;
Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs;
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations;
Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support;
Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with organizational goals;.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and
Effectiveness;

Job Requirements:

Fluent in English；
Years of Experience Required: Experience an Asset；
Applicants with educational application software development and hardware experience are preferred；
Applicants with experience in project management and successful IT implementations are preferred;

Job Criteria:

Start Date: as soon as possible;
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent;
Education Required: At least Bachelor or equivalent experience;

Vacation Time: 2 weeks/year;
