Job Description:
[1] Based on HR principle, design and optimize hiring processes, and develop valid and reliable selection tests to ensure the right job fit;
[2] Based on each employee’s skill, mental health condition and personal character, identify skill gaps and organizing training programs, and coach employees and managers for professional growth;
[3] Help the company adapt to growth, restructuring, or strategic changes, and enhance leadership decision-making with psychological insights; and
[4] Establish stress management and mental health support programs.
