Industrial Manufacturing Technician (NOC: 22302)
Number of Positions Available: 1
Term of Employment: Permanent Position, 44 hours per week – Overtime Available
Location of Work: Ohsweken, Ontario
Wage: $40.00 per Hour

Responsibilities
- Training Mechanics and Electricians on Protos 90 and Focke F5, monitoring work quality
- Developing, and working with existing maintenance schedule including troubleshooting and maintenance of Industrial PC
- Develop Production Information System (PIS)
- Work with SCADA and related software for data processing and analysis
- Work with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as SQL, Oracle, SAP
- Developing and working with scripts using JavaScript or Python
- Performing regular preventative maintenance on Protos 90 and Focke F5 (diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing and adjusting)
- Monitoring equipment for maintenance and repair
- Responsible for proper inventory of materials and supplies
- Determine needed supplies and equipment

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Completion of a one or two-year college program in industrial engineering technology or in a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience maintaining and repairing Protos 90 & Focke F5 machinery
- Understanding PLC Software such as Siemens and Beckhoff.
- Deep knowledge of Data Collection System and SCADA for Industry.
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems such as EAM, SAP, or Oracle.
- Deep knowledge of PHP, Java, and JavaScript for PIS.
- Deep knowledge of Data Science and Analysis using Python and SQL.
- Knowledge of Industrial Computer Network and Hardware.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time and project self-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
