Job Description:
Position: Industrial Maintenance Painter
Working Hours: 40hrs per week (possible overtime needed)
Work Shift: It can be daytime, evening, weekends and/or holidays
Wage: $33.00 ~ $35.00 per hour
Benefits: Disability insurance, Dental insurance, Employer-provided pension (after 5years of employment), Extended medical insurance, RRSP (after 1 year of employment) / 6f vacation pay

Main duties:
● Adhering to Corrcoat's rules of conduct and safety at all times
● Conducting yourself in a professional and courteous manner with our customers
● Show a willingness to learn and ability to lead and provide direction
● Work in a team environment as well as have ability to work independently
● Work safely with ladders, lift equipment and use of personal fall protection
● Read and follow a scope of work and colour schedule
● Plan sequencing of job and materials required
● Prep and painting of surfaces as required
● Maintaining a clean workplace
● Daily set up and clean up
● Record hours and description of work on time sheets of daily activities
● Arrive to work on time daily, ready to work at start time

● 2 - 3 years experience in interior and exterior painting
● Have the tools of the profession
● A strong work ethic
● Have a neat and tidy, professional appearance
● An eye for detail and desire to work to best practices
● Have strong English skills, both written and verbal
● The ability to work efficiently, cleanly and safely
● A vehicle to get to multiple job sites through-out the Greater Vancouver area
● Steel-toed boots
● A keen interest in advancing your career in the painting industry
● Criminal record check, drug test
