Industrial maintenance painter Job

Prepare, clean, sand, and mask metal surfaces for coating.
Repair minor cracks, holes, and surface imperfections.
Mix and prepare coating materials according to specifications.
Operate equipment to apply powder and protective coatings.
Sand and spray metal products to achieve the required finish.
Inspect finished surfaces and perform touch-ups when required.
Follow workplace safety procedures and properly handle coating equipment and materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

The position requires secondary school graduation and a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in industrial painting, powder coating, metal finishing, or a related field. The candidate should have experience in surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding and masking metal surfaces, as well as experience operating equipment to apply powdered and protective coatings. The ability to safely handle coating materials and equipment, follow workplace safety procedures, and perform quality finishing work is required.
