We are currently looking for an Industrial Engineering Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will assist in reviewing production processes, gathering operational data, and supporting projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and workflow within the food production facility. The role involves working closely with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure efficient operations, product quality, and compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
• Conduct work measurement and time-and-motion studies and analyze production data to evaluate labour utilization, equipment performance, and workflow efficiency.
• Collect and analyze operational data and product samples to support quality assurance, process improvements, and production consistency.
• Assist in developing and updating manufacturing and processing procedures, including setting and adjusting machine or equipment controls to maintain optimal production conditions.
• Support production planning activities by assisting with scheduling, interpreting technical drawings and specifications, coordinating routine equipment maintenance, and preparing operational reports and production estimates

Requirements of Position:
• High School diploma
• At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineering Technician
• Good English language skills

Compensation & Conditions:
• Permanent, full-time positions
• $36 per hour for 30-35 hours per week
• Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 of your regular hourly rate after 44 hours per week
