Job Description:
Central California Almond Growers Association located in Kerman, CA seeks an Industrial Engineer.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of unit. Carry out responsibilities in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable laws. Assist with Special Projects, Production in sheller and with all By-Products, Computer Systems - Hardware and Software, Electronic Devices, Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices, Programs and Compliance. Plan and direct Special Projects. Development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for Quality and Safety processes and products. Advise Senior Management on all Plant, computer, safety, by-product methods and procedures.
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of production methods, procedures, and activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement objectives, activities, or procedures to resolve production/stockpile problems to maximize production efficiency and minimize costs.
• Analyze statistical data and production specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of processes.
• Plan and establish a sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products, as well as process operations to improve production performances and to promote efficient utilization.
• Complete production reports, purchase orders, and material, tool, and equipment lists.
• Revise standards and methods for inspections, testing, and evaluation.
• Work with and troubleshoot custom ALMADS software to determine production bottlenecks and errors.
• Oversee and assist with computers and devices to assure system reliability and notification of all possible upgrades.
• Recommend process changes and manage Plants and successful implementation of PLC Equipment application.
• Work with the Committee on Company Efficiency to implement a road map using LEAN into all operations.
• Assist with all by-product maintenance, quality, blends, sampling and loading instructions.
• Provide computerized status report describing progress and concerns related to inspection
activities, nonconforming items, and/or other items related to the quality of the product.
• Compile material on quality control activities.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the latest codes and new developments in testing and
examination methods of processes and products.
• Advise supervisors on support staff so the best people are in the best roles to manage and care for equipment with a focus on maximizing efficiency and quality of product.
• Work with Autodesk AutoCAD, HMI Software, Microsoft Office Suite, ALMADS, DJI Thermal analysis tool, IIPP, GP, Lockout-Tagout, MSDS, and Hazardous Materials manuals.

Job Requirements:
Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent with 24 months in job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Experience must include: Autodesk AutoCAD, HMI Software, Microsoft Office Suite, ALMADS, DJI Thermal analysis tool, IIPP, GP, Lockout-Tagout, MSDS, QCIFY, Microsoft Project and Hazardous Materials manuals.
