Industrial Engineer Job

Industrial Engineer is needed to perform the following duties:

· Assembly Line Rebalancing: Analyze current assembly line processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Develop and implement strategies to rebalance lines for optimal performance.

· Continuous Improvement (CI): Lead CI projects using TPS principles to drive process improvements, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

· Development: Design and develop manufacturing processes for new products and modifications to existing products, ensuring alignment with zero-defect and low-cost objectives.

· Standardized Work Methods: Develop and maintain standardized work methods and process documentation to ensure consistency and quality.

· Management: Managed multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to prioritize and implement improvement projects

· Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Bachelor's Degree is required in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
