Industrial Engineer
• Worksite: a client site at 77 Logistics Dr, Ellabell, GA 31308.
• Two positions
Job Duties
• Estimate operational costs and cost-saving methods related to material flow, warehouse layouts, and logistics activities for management review.
• Plan and establish JIS/JIT operation sequences to ensure accurate part delivery, minimize inventory, and support uninterrupted assembly.
• Draft and design layouts of equipment, staging areas, and workspace using industrial engineering principles to maximize efficiency and ergonomic utilization.
• Analyze data from logistics and warehouse operations to establish performance standards and identify efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate the precision and accuracy of warehouse systems, sub-assembly processes, and material handling equipment and formulate corrective actions.
• Develop and implement quality control objectives and procedures to resolve logistics or assembly issues and ensure reliability of parts and shipments.
• Communicate with management, staff, and clients to review schedules, specifications, operational standards, and project status.
• Prepare and present performance and cost reports analyzing productivity, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy, with recommendations for improvement, etc.
• Will perform the duties at a client site at 77 Logistics Dr, Ellabell, GA 31308
Education Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
