Job Description:
1. Develop manufacturing procedures and recommend optimization strategies for OEM/ODM partners to ensure products are produced in accordance with product specifications and formulation standards
2. Evaluate OEM/ODM manufacturing workflows, material flow paths, and facility layouts to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency in contract production
3. Estimate and analyze manufacturing cost structures to support management team in negotiating manufacturing terms and planning production budgets
4. Coordinate with OEM/ODM partners, suppliers, and internal teams to confirm production requirements and quality expectations
5. Schedule deliveries and manage production timelines to ensure on-time fulfillment
