Title of Position: Industrial Electrician (NOC 72201)

Job Duties:
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to perform electrical installations and repairs.
• Utilize power tools, hand tools, and low voltage equipment to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems.
• Collaborate with team members to renovate and build electrical components as needed.
• Implement logic controllers for efficient operation of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards in all tasks.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
• Experience with power tools, hand tools, and low voltage systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and components.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Able to obtain Driving License.
Experience Required:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the industry.
• An asset: Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician certification.
Education Required:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Wage & Hours: $42.00 / h
• Number of hours per day: 8-12
• Number of days per week: 5
• Number of hours per week: 40
• Overtime starts after how many hours: 40
• Shift rotation: 8-10-12 hour shifts
