💪 Skills: Proficient in equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
⭐ Responsibilities and more:
-Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including but not limited to numerical controls, power supplies, drives, gages, and test equipment.
-Perform preventive maintenance functions.
-Install, start-up, and shut down, equipment in accordance with company safety procedures and in line with OSHA requirements.
-Maintain housekeeping of work area and equipment.
-Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
-Read and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot equipment faults and failures.
-Working knowledge of NFPA 70 and 79 codes and their applications to meet national, state, and local codes.
-Work with AC and DC voltages up to and including 480 volts.
Install and repair electric motors of all types.
-Diagnose and program VFD’s as necessary.
