Job Description:
Industrial Designer
• Available in Adairsville, GA
Job Duties:
• Develop construction drawings using Revit MEP and BIM software in 3D to meet client specifications and construction standards.
• Modify designs by reviewing and refining duct routes and layouts in AutoCAD and BIM software.
• Detail duct routes and prepare bills of materials (BOM) in AutoCAD for manufacturing and installation.
• Prepare and review construction packages, coordinating with sales, production, and engineering teams to align designs with project needs.
• Ensure drawings and deliverables comply with project scope and client expectations, evaluating feasibility based on budget and safety.
• Develop and release HVAC components like air conditioning system parts and battery cooling system components, assessing functionality and serviceability.
• Prepare equipment schedules for chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and cooling towers, adhering to project specifications.
• Analyze construction plans, specifications, and codes to determine project requirements and risks.
• Prepare pre-installation documentation or change orders, communicating directly with customers or contractors as needed, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Architectural Engineering, or related.
Experience Requirement:
• Two (2) years of work experience in industrial design or related.
