Main duties:
• Slaughter livestock using stunning devices and knives and as prescribed by Halal religious laws
• Remove bones from meat
• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
• Weigh meats for sale
• Sell meats to customers
• Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Wrap and package prepared meats
• Product inspection experience of meat and meat products
• All other relevant tasks
