Indian Pastry and Specialty Cook Job

2399968 Ontario Inc, O/A Punjabi By Nature located at 8887 Gore Rd, Brampton ON, L6P 2K9 requires 8 Indian Pastry and Specialty Cook on Permanent/Full time basis. Wages are $ 37/ hour for a minimum of 37.50 hours or above per week. Must have 2 years to Less than 3 years of verifiable experience. Duties
1. Prepare and cook a variety of Indian restaurant specialty items, including puff pastries, patties, baked snacks, pastries, and other menu items according to established recipes.
2. Prepare ingredients, doughs, batters, fillings, sauces, and other components using proper cooking and food preparation techniques.
3. Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and other cooking equipment, while monitoring cooking times, temperatures, and product quality.
4. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in accordance with health and safety regulations.
5. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, presentation, and quality of all prepared food items.
6. Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients while following food safety and sanitation standards.
7. Any other relevant tasks
