Indian Cook Sweetmaker Job

Brar Sweets and Restaurant is looking for a full-time permanent Indian Cook Sweet maker.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook the following East Indian sweets Gulab Jamun, Burfi, Laddoo, Besan, Rasmalai, Gazar Halwa, etc.
- Prepare and cook other sweets like mango Sandesh, kaaju barfi, jalebi, mathi, and Gujiya.
- Maintain Kitchen inventory and other related tasks.
- Prepare and cook special meals for special occasions (marriage and religious functions) on a wholesale basis.
- Follow the recipes and instructions to ensure quality and consistency.
- Weighing and measuring the ingredients accurately.
- Clean and sanitize the work area and equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet the deadlines and production targets.
- May set up and oversee buffets.
- Oversee kitchen operations.
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Education Required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience Required: 3 years to less than 5 years
