REMOTE | COMMISSION ONLY | 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
BuildersBids is seeking motivated, professional independent sales representatives to introduce our online construction marketplace to General Contractors, Subcontractors, homeowners and business owners. Experienced and first-time sales candidates are welcome.
Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, this remote opportunity is open to applicants in Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, New York, Washington, California, Nevada, and Atlanta, Georgia.
TRAINING AND TOOLS
Required Sales Academy onboarding, a dedicated representative portal, a unique referral code and customer invitation link, and prospect, referral and commission tracking. Flexible schedule. Sales or construction experience is helpful but not required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build professional relationships, explain BuildersBids accurately, share your referral link, and maintain prospect and follow-up records. Use Check & Claim and follow all Do-Not-Call, consent, privacy and communication requirements.
COMMISSIONS AND PERFORMANCE REWARDS
Earn commissions + bonuses for qualifying General Contractor and Subcontractor referrals under the written BuildersBids compensation plan. Performance rewards are subject to eligibility and verification.
Commissions require qualification, correct attribution, payment clearance and satisfaction of refund-hold requirements. Registration or free activity alone does not generate commission. This role provides no base salary, hourly wage, employee benefits or guaranteed earnings.
Professional communication, organization, reliable follow-up and willingness to learn are essential. Approved candidates must complete the required agreement, onboarding, training and compliance requirements before outreach.
