T3F Solutions supplies customized and branded merchandise to hotels, restaurants, cafés, corporate offices, and event companies across the United States. Our products include staff uniforms, mugs and drinkware, ceramic ornaments, promotional products, and custom corporate gifts.
We're looking for motivated independent sales representatives to grow our customer base and bring in new business nationwide.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach hotels, restaurants, cafés, corporate offices, and event management companies
Connect with decision-makers: General Managers, F&B Managers, Purchasing/Procurement Managers, Marketing Managers, and HR professionals
Understand clients' current and upcoming needs and recommend custom merchandise solutions
Generate leads, secure orders, and build long-term relationships
Drive repeat business from existing customers
Use your professional network and industry contacts to create opportunities

Compensation
10% commission on the profit of every order you secure
Commission is paid after the customer has paid T3F Solutions in full
Paid by ACH/bank transfer after each qualifying order is paid
Paid as a 1099 independent contractor. You are responsible for your own taxes, and a W-9 is required before payment.
Please note: This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. There is no salary, hourly pay, benefits, expense reimbursement, or work visa sponsorship. You set your own schedule and methods, and you cover your own expenses.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in B2B sales, hospitality, uniforms, printing, promotional products, or corporate gifting is a plus, but not required
An established network or confidence in cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, in-person visits)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent English (Spanish or other languages are a plus)
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Ability to turn prospects into repeat customers
Authorized to work in the U.S. as an independent contractor
