Independent Sales Representative Job

Lead Conversion: Efficiently convert qualified leads into loyal clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored property management solutions.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring steady progress of opportunities and an ongoing flow of deals.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospects, nurturing trust and credibility to facilitate successful contract negotiations.
Negotiation and Closing: Expertly negotiate terms and close deals consistently.
Agreement Fulfillment: Ensure each closed contract aligns with Next Level Host’s co-hosting requirements, consulting the co-hosting agreement for specific obligations.
CRM Utilization: Leverage the Company-provided CRM system to track all client interactions, follow up on leads, and document the sales journey for transparency and efficiency.
Compliance with Contract Terms: Adhere to confidentiality, non-compete, and non-solicitation clauses, avoiding competitive activities within the designated territory and refraining from soliciting the Company’s clients or employees for one year after contract termination.

Proven sales or business development experience, especially within short-term rental management or property management.
Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills, with a strong ability to independently drive sales.
Proficiency in CRM systems for sales tracking and lead management, with meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with digital platforms and tools to support the Company’s online presence, including Google My Business, reinforcing company reputation.
Willingness to leverage Company-sponsored tools and resources to optimize the sales process and achieve performance targets.
