Position Overview
We are seeking independent sales professionals or business entities to market and sell residential energy efficiency upgrades to homeowners. This role is structured as a bona fide independent contractor relationship under California law and is intended to qualify under applicable Business-to-Business (B2B) exemption and independent contractor classification standards.

Independent Sales Representatives operate their own business, determine how services are performed, and are compensated strictly on a commission basis. Oso Holding Group LLC does not control the manner, means, or methods of performance.

This opportunity is intended for individuals or business entities engaged in an independently established sales business that desire to contract with Oso Holding Group LLC to offer energy efficiency solutions to residential customers.
Scope of Services
• Identify prospective homeowners and market energy efficiency upgrades
• Present available products and services to interested customers
• Facilitate customer introductions and contract execution
• Provide general product information and educational materials
• Coordinate with Oso Holding Group LLC for project processing and installation logistics
• Maintain records related to their own business operations

Nothing in this role requires exclusivity, mandatory schedules, sales quotas, minimum hours, training attendance, or prescribed methods of performance.
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in sales or customer acquisition (home improvement, solar, HVAC, or related industries preferred)
• Operates or intends to operate an independently established sales business
• Ability to perform services without day-to-day supervision or control
• Own transportation, phone, and computing device
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis
• Must be legally eligible to operate as an independent contractor (1099) in California
• Valid driver’s license (if driving)
• Ability to enter into a written Independent Contractor Agreement
Compensation
• Commission-based compensation only
• Higher commission rates for self-generated customers
• Optional company-provided customer introductions (reduced commission rate may apply)
• Performance-based incentives may be offered
• No salary, hourly wages, draws, advances, or guaranteed minimums

All compensation terms are governed solely by the Independent Contractor Agreement.
