In-Store Marketing Associate Job

Swift Home Improvement is looking for friendly, outgoing In-Store Marketing Associates to represent our company inside Home Depot. Your role is to speak with customers and offer them a free in-home water consultation, via our Water Awareness Program, along with a $25 Home Depot gift card for completion of the consultation.

There is no selling required — your role is simply to engage with customers who wish to book free in-home water consultations and learn more about their water quality.

Compensation:
Tiered Performance-Based Pay- typically earning $15 per booked lead
Lead pay can range from $5 to $65, depending on the quality and outcome of the lead generated.

Higher quality leads pay MORE! with a $50 bonus per sale.
We compensate based on the leads' status in our system.

Typical earnings:
5 leads per shift = $75
10 leads per shift = $150
Top performers generate $500–$900+ per week

Responsibilities:
Engage with Home Depot shoppers in a friendly and professional manner
Marketing the Water Awareness Program to customers
Collect basic customer information and schedule appointments
Maintain a positive and professional brand presence in the store
