In-Person Staff Job

Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers, collect detailed order specs and measurements, and confirm automated payments.
- Prepare invoices and quotes using simple templates (quick training provided); log transactions accurately.
- Manage sample inventory, local shipping, and production schedules.
- Enter real-time customer data into shared systems and escalate issues as needed.

Ideal Candidate
College students or recent grads with studies or experience in Marketing, Fashion/Fashion Management, Graphic Design, or Business Administration/Management. You must have strong computer skills and excellent written/verbal communication. This role builds hands-on expertise in customer service, business operations, invoicing, and data management—ideal for launching or advancing your career in a growing company.

Flexible scheduling: part-time (15-25 hours/week) or full-time, perfect for fitting around classes.

Compensation
