*Draft, review, negotiate and finalize proposals and documents for corporate and commercial transactions, including letters of intent, stock and asset purchase and merger agreements; organizational documents; investor, shareholder, partnership and operating agreements; other customary governance and investment documents for corporate, partnership and limited liability company entities; as well as a broad range of commercial agreements, including consulting, vendor, service, license and leasing agreements. *Provide counsel to internal EP departments and senior management on day-to-day contracts and legal issues.
