*Advise the Company on all employment law issues involving talent and crew and internal corporate workforce including policy development and implementation, worker classification and wage-hour matters, payroll services and product development and protection strategies, discrimination and harassment issues and claims, workplace safety, employee benefits and overall talent and crew and internal corporate workforce management to achieve the Company’s business objectives while maintaining compliance and protecting against risk. *Manage outside counsel for the Company in court litigation and mediation (mainly employment law-driven) to achieve cost-effective resolutions while controlling outside legal spend and represent the Company in claims and disputes with government agencies with respect to employment claims, including agency appearances, drafting of position statements and, as appropriate, pleadings, discovery, declarations, motions and settlement agreements. $180K – 210K
