*Advising clients in connection with the negotiation and drafting of EPC contracts for utility grid infrastructure projects. *Managing and resolving commercial/legal claims related to such projects. Support and provide advice to company in all legal matters, but primarily in the areas of sales/procurement contracting, claims management, and dispute resolution. *Research the licensing requirements applicable to company’s business, advise company of such requirements, and support the business in obtaining and maintaining such licensure for bids and projects in various states.
