*Supporting the Chief Litigation & Employment Counsel in directly handling and overseeing outside counsel in cost-effective way and providing employment advice across US and Canada. *This may include advice around: M&A, performance management, risk management, regulatory compliance, regulatory employment guidelines, benefits, compensation, health & safety, DE&I initiatives, mobility, privacy, non-solicit reviews, employment investigations and negotiations, separations, claims, and many other HR-related topics. *Establishing a cross-functional relationship with NA HR team and across group HR functions to help provide guidance on employee matters and offering employment risk management advice to staff at all levels of the business.
