*primary responsibility for giving business-minded advice on dispute prevention and resolution; *drafting and sending litigation hold notices; *drafting the Company’s pleadings, motions and other filings; *reviewing and analyzing adverse pleadings, motions, and other filings; performing legal research in anticipation and support of litigation; *reviewing and responding to written discovery requests (including overseeing the gathering and review of internal documents and information); *preparing Company witnesses for deposition; *reviewing and analyzing adverse party’s discovery responses; *preparing outside counsel and witnesses for depositions; *negotiating settlements; and otherwise be the Company’s primary resource for meeting all of its litigation needs. $200,000-$260,000
