*Review and negotiate flow-down subcontract agreements, master service agreements, project specific purchase orders, purchase orders, and other lower-tier contract documents. *Partner with the Regional Contracts Managers and the Renewable Energy Procurement Department to provide advice and counsel, and assist with negotiations on contract terms and conditions. *Review and negotiate other construction-related agreements, including lease agreements, project labor agreements, state specific labor agreements, amendments and change orders.
