*Assist Divisions with various legal needs with focus on land contracts, deal structure, risk issues and company compliance matters. *Draft and/or review, depending on Divisional needs and circumstances, various real estate documents including land acquisition agreements, development agreements, easements, CCR’s, etc. *Assists with the design, development, and implementation of key processes and procedures for land acquisition, disposition, and development across the Company.
