Identify potential legal issues related to business practices and policies and advise client/management. *Provide support for M&A transactions, including working with different Departments of the Company on deal structure and LOI terms, planning and assisting in due diligence. *Provide support on real estate, corporate, commercial, and other transactions and special projects. *Proactively review and/or create contract wording or other legal documents for assigned Business Units giving consideration to compliance and reduction of risk. $120000 - $125000
