Job Description:
Duties Include, but not limited to:
▪ Handle import procurement of raw materials and components from global suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
▪ Identify and evaluate suppliers, solicit and analyze bid proposals, and support cost optimization through market analysis and supplier collaboration.
▪ Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and support lean inventory practices to meet production schedules.
▪ Coordinate with U.S. and international customs brokers and carriers to manage shipping schedules, ensure timely deliveries, and support subcontractor logistics.
▪ Ensure compliance with trade regulations, manage HTS codes and Certificates of Origin, and maintain proper import documentation for audits.
▪ Process customs duties in the SAP system, manage related cash flow with accounting, and prepare monthly reporting on duties and logistics costs.
▪ Stay updated on tariffs, trade laws, and shipping requirements, maintain internal databases to support ongoing compliance and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred AND 6 months of experience.
