Immigration Case Manager Job

We are seeking an organized and efficient Immigration Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of immigration matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
• Track filing deadlines and ensure timely submission of applications and supporting documents.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering case-related questions.
• Prepare immigration forms, affidavits, cover letters, and supporting documentation for attorney review.
• Maintain both physical and electronic case files in compliance with firm protocols and legal standards.
• Handle scheduling, appointment setting, and follow-up communications with clients.
• Keep current on changes in immigration law, policies, and procedures.

• Previous experience as an Immigration Case Manager is not required but preferred
• 4 years education
• 2+ years work permit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
