IELTS Teacher Job

Job Duties: 
1.Create course curriculums, teaching plans, and testing materials that cover all necessary skill segments of an IELTS test, including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
2.Deliver IELTS classes to students of various English levels with personally customized teaching methods, including official textbook resources, multimedia content, and online learning tools.
3.Create performance evaluation process for students and solve their challenges from in-class exercises, quizzes, and mock tests while providing feedback on their strength and weakness.
4.Lead students through the entire formal process of an IELTS test to get them familiar with the format and comfortable to the various test constraints.
5.Prepare personalized tutorial sessions for students in need, and help them set periodic learning goals as well as providing test-taking tips.
6.Keep records of students’ learning progress for their personal review as well as submitting a collected summary of students’ improvement over time for the upper management to check.
7.Allocate enough time for students to address questions and concerns from their learning progress and answer them with accuracy.
8.Work with other instructors at our institution to discuss improvement on teaching strategies and ensure that the predetermined language learning objectives are being met.
9.Stay up-to-date with the development of English proficiency tests while integrating the teaching styles and materials with new techniques and practices.

1.A college diploma or relevant working experience in the education field is required.
2.At least one year’s experience instructing IELTS or similar English language tests is required.
3.Strong knowledge of IELTS test structure, question types, and scoring criteria.
4.Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.
5.Proven ability in lesson planning and delivering engaging IELTS classes.
6.Experience in one-on-one coaching and group instruction.
7.Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning needs.
8.Show patience and empathy to students with different learning curves and motivate students to achieve academic success.
9.Able to maintain a positive teaching environment with attention to detail in every aspect.
