• Greet customers and take their ice cream and beverage orders politely and accurately.
• Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other frozen desserts according to standard portion sizes.
• Prepare and assemble ice cream-based items using dispensers, blenders, and other equipment.
• Decorate and present ice cream dishes and cakes in an appealing way.
• Package take-out orders and serve customers at the counter.
• Restock toppings, cones, cups, and other supplies; monitor inventory and inform supervisors when stock is low.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and counters areas following food safety standards
• Clean equipment and utensils used in daily operations.
• Receive payments, operate the cash register, and provide change to customers.

• Secondary school education is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Basic English communication skills are required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
