Hydroponic Agriculture Project Manager Job

Location: Hillsboro, VA

1. Developing and leading agricultural projects, centered on vertical hydroponic systems by using hydroponic technology to fulfill the customers needs on a specific timeline basis. Working within the planned project budget which mustcorrespond to the estimated prices until the produce is delivered.
2. Overseeing and managing the incoming power wattage from the onsite solarsystem, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any necessary interferences.
3. Consult with clients to determine their requirements and negotiate salesagreements. Establish a new customer project assessment provide a financialoversight, including expenses and expected income.
4. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents toexpand the line of production, including setup of new greenhouses, building ofnew hydroponic towers.
5. Management of budget costs, meeting deadlines, target achievements,submitting of reviews and reports documentation, as well as process of invoicepayments and executing new business plans for expanding purposes.
6. Researching market and trends for potential Product Gaps and developing strategies to monetize opportunities by establishing successful business models.

1. Managing and understanding growing and techniques trends in agriculture isa key factor.
2. Understanding vertical hydroponic systems which dont require soil andmonitoring processes through sensors, water probes and temperature bycollecting data through a connected network which must be maintained.
3. Ability to create technical drawings for new construction documents ofhydroponic systems.
4. Knowledge of the latest software and bug fixes for the onsite, independent,home-cloud-network is necessary. Knowledge of storing collected data indifferent online databases to provide customers with live updates about thetimeline of delivery and quality.
5. Minimum of 2 years of experience as network administration and systemsintegration.
6. Minimum of 2 years of experience in hydroponic systems.
7. Minimum of 1 year of experience in agriculture including nutrition levels.
8. Experience in IoT (cloud-based network software), Sketch Up (3D design software) for business expanding, VM-Ware for network and system integration,MS Office, experience as an electrician (solar system and windmill generator).
