HVAC/VRF System Service Technician Job

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Technician / VRF Systems Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a skilled HVAC/R service professional with hands-on expertise in VRF systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, City Multi), diagnostics, and repair. You’ll work on both residential and commercial HVAC projects, delivering reliable solutions that keep customers comfortable year-round.

Responsibilities:

Service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems including VRF, heating, cooling, and refrigeration
Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximize system efficiency and reliability
Diagnose and resolve technical issues using meters, gauges, welding tools, and diagnostic equipment
Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving piping, controls, and system modifications
Communicate clearly with project leads about findings and recommendations
Document all services performed, parts used, and hours worked with accuracy

Minimum 5+ years of HVAC service experience
Hands-on VRF systems expertise (Daikin, Mitsubishi, City Multi, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
EPA Certification required
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with attention to detail
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently or in a team environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Valid driver’s license required
