The Role
We are looking for a reliable, "do-it-all" HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. You will be the face of our company in the field, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and ventilation systems. The vast majority of our work is residential, with some light commercial projects mixed in.
What You Will Do:
Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, forced-air units, and complex ventilation systems optimized for cold-weather environments (Note: No radiant heating work).
Install & Upgrade: Assist with or lead new service installations, including running line sets and fitting custom metal ductwork.
Customer Service: Provide honest, high-quality technical advice and solutions directly to homeowners and facility managers.
On-Call Rotation: Participate in our rotating "on-call" schedule to support our residential emergency service program.
What We Are Looking For
To get more applicants, we are keeping our doors open to a variety of experience levels. Whether you have 2 solid years under your belt or you are a 10+ year veteran, we have a spot for you.
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service, repair, and/or installation experience.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of cold-climate forced-air systems.
Requirements: * A valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record.
Ability to pass a standard background check.
No drug screen required.

Competitive Pay Range: $20.00 to $35.00/hour. We pay aggressively for experience.
Half-Day Fridays! Work Monday – Thursday with an early start (6:00 AM - 7:00 AM) and finish by 12:00 PM every Friday so you can start your weekend early.
$500/Month Healthcare & Benefit Allowance: We give you $500 a month to build your own benefits. Our local direct primary care clinic membership costs $175/mo for individuals ($260/mo for families) and covers unlimited visits, x-rays, and in-house labs with zero copays. Use the remaining balance for supplemental Aflac, accident, or cancer policies.
Paid holidays & vacation (varies depending on experience)
Retirement: Simple IRA with up to a 3% company match.
