HVAC (heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning) Job

D2R Construction Ltd located at 15145 108 Ave, Surrey, BC is hiring HVAC (heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning) mechanic for full time and permanent position. Duties would be

• To repair and replace defective damaged parts of refrigerators and air conditioning equipment,
• Maintenance, repairs, overhaul & service of refrigerators, air conditioning systems, walk-in coolers, freezers and other heating systems in residential and commercial settings,
• Installation, maintenance and service of air conditioners and refrigerators,
• Service air-cooled condenser and liquid receiver,
• Check leaks, repair and testing.
• Welding/brazing of damaged parts and pipes,
• Service and test compressor service value, shaft seal, piston assembly and value plate assembly etc.,
• Handle gas cylinders, repair leaky cylinder and transfer of refrigerant, change gas in the system, study of gauge reading, effect of overcharging and under charge,
• Plan and install Heating, ventilation and Air conditioning systems in residential and commercial setting, need to visit customer site.
• May give an estimate also advise client on regular maintenance and preventive measures,
• Must be able to read, refer and interpret wiring diagrams or manufacturer’s manuals.

Requirements:
Minimum education as completion of high school is required.
Minimum experience of 2 years or more is required.

Wage: $ 42.00/hr. will be given.
Hours of Work: 30 hours to 40 hours per week will be given. Overtime will be paid if any.
