Job Duties:
Greet customers and prepare a table for them
Take orders and serve food and beverages to the appropriate table
Make suggestions based on customers’ preferences and answer questions regarding food and beverages
Keep tables clean and tidy
Prepare bills and collect payments in cash and credit or debit card
Provide customer service and handle the customers’ complaints or concerns
Cooperate and communicate with other servers and kitchen staff
