Job Description:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance while fostering an effective and supportive workplace.
• Research and develop occupational frameworks by preparing job classifications, job descriptions, salary structures, and competency-based evaluation systems.
• Regularly evaluate HR policies and procedures and identify necessary revisions.
• Collaborate with management to evaluate staff training and development needs and implement suitable training initiatives.
• Assess and plan staffing needs to maintain adequate workforce levels.
• Leading the hiring process and ensuring new staff receive appropriate training and orientation.
• Participate in discussions with employees regarding workplace concerns and help resolving the issues.
• Managing employee salary and incentive programs, professional development, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Plan and implement staff support services, and programs promoting fair and equitable employment.
• Maintain up-to-date information on employee benefits, workplace safety procedures and propose any necessary improvements.
• Organize, manage and coordinate employees’ performance evaluations and ensure feedback is provided.
• Aiding employers and staff in understanding company policies and compensation plans.
• Administer HR programs, keep related information and record up to date.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Post-secondary education in human resources management or in the same field is required.
• Previous experience in human resources or a related role is considered an asset.
