Job Description:
• Aid employers and staff in understanding company policies, compensation structures, and union agreements.
• Administer the hiring process and ensure staff get proper training and development.
• Exploring and developing job roles, descriptions, salary, and performance evaluation methods.
• Enforce company policies and lead the disciplinary processes to maintain a productive, respectful work environment.
• Leading discussions for collective agreements, handling conflicts or complaints, and offering solutions to workplace issues.
• Managing employee pay and benefits, training, support programs, and ensuring fair treatment and opportunities for all employees.
• Organizing and managing employees’ performance evaluations and ensure feedback is provided.
• Aiding employer and staff in understanding company policies and compensation plans.
• Manage HR information systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Developing and suggesting improvements to employee benefits, health programs, and safety practices.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Post-secondary education in human resources management or in the same field is required.
