Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
Establish and implement policies and procedures
Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
Manage contracts
Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
Manage training and development strategies
Hire, train and supervise staff
Conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
College diploma in human resources management or a related field
2 years of related work experience
Language: English
1 Vacancy
Wage: $38.50-40.50 per hour
Full time-Permanent position
30 hours per week
Start as soon as possible
