Deco Nova carries out in-depth integration and optimization with ultra-luxury space, unparalleled professional karaoke system, world-class delicacies, exclusive customized speakers, a smooth and powerful song-on-demand system, and the largest and most complete genuine song library. In line with our business expansion plan, we are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to take charge of human resources matters such as developing and implementing human resources policies, monitoring labor relations, and evaluating personnel management procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze the company's labour needs and determine the hiring positions with pertinent job descriptions, reasonable salaries, and growth prospects.
• Plan and implement human resources development strategies and evaluate personnel management procedures and efficiency.
• Assess the company's labor relations and employee relationships, and create a favourable working environment and positive staff morale.
• Bridge between the employer and workers, coordinate with any parties involved in a labour dispute and provide feasible solutions.
• Collect feedback on the current personnel management policies and initiate effective employee assisting and personal and professional development programs.
• Provide accurate information and explanation regarding human resources policies, contract terms, benefit packages and any relevant changes of policies.
• Develop an effective staff evaluation system and provide support in the performance assessment process.
• Participate in the process of hiring and training new staff and provide probationary review and constructive feedback for new staff.
• Carry out annual review, make necessary adjustments, and explore better solutions to the current company group benefit plan.
• Set up a human resources file management system and maintain all the records properly.
Job Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications:
• A college diploma in human resources management or a related field, such as business administration, economy, commerce, or completion of a professional development program in human resources administration is required.
• Minimum 2 years of Human Resource Management or related management experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in software like MS Office and Google Docs
