Job Description:
[1] Research and first draft the procedure and policy for recruiting, promoting, and firing employees and report to HR manager;
[2] Assist HR manager in setting the training program to employees regarding sexual harassment & discrimination;
[3] Assist HR manager in conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward business goal; and
[4] Review and report to the HR manager about the administration of compensation, promotion and performance review systems.
