Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and collaborative Human Resources professionals to participate in various business devolopements from the ground up. The ideal candidates will take active roles in recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates for a wide range of positions across various departments and business units. In addition to recruiting, the HR team members will support general HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and personnel recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
Draft and post job openings across various job boards and platforms
Source, screen, and interview candidates for all levels of roles (entry to executive)
Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and coordinate feedback
Extend offers and facilitate pre-employment processes (e.g., background checks, paperwork)
Onboarding & Orientation Organize and conduct new hire orientation
Ensure completion of new hire paperwork and setup in HR systems
Serve as a point of contact for new employees during onboarding period
Employee Relations & HR Support Support day-to-day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Help maintain a positive and compliant work environment
Assist with investigations and employee performance discussions as needed
HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR documentation
Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
Help update and enforce company policies and procedures
Collaboration & Culture Work closely with department heads and team leaders to anticipate HR needs
Promote employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and recognition programs
Contribute ideas and support for internal HR projects or process improvements.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of experience in recruitment or generalist HR role preferred
Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office
SHRM or HRCI certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, aPHR) is a plus but not required
