Job Description:
- Assist in the development and training of AI.
- Monitor chatbot performance and suggest improvements using data and f feedback.
- Create conversational flows and scripts to enhance user experience.
- Contribute to writing and refining chatbot scripts for user interactions.
- Support integration and testing of chatbot functionalities.
- Conduct research to identify emerging technologies and product opportunities.
- Assist with vendor communication and data tracking.
- Prepare sourcing documentation, presentations, and internal reports.

Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Interest in chatbot tools and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a remote setting.
