Human Resources Officer (NOC 12101) Job

We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for all HR related tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your experiences and skills.

Responsibilities
Job Duties:
Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
Prepare and post notices and advertisements
Collect and screen applicants
Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
Review candidate inventories
Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
Recruit and hire staff
