Human Resources Officer Job

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for your designated portfolio including: creating and posting positions, pre-screening, coordinating candidate assessments, compiling competition files, and conducting reference checks;
• Notify applicants of results of selection process and create offer letters, transfer letters, and support the corporate onboarding process;
• Guide and advise Hiring Managers on recruitment process to ensure a consistent approach applied to every requisition;
• Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures;
• Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process;
• Provide administrative support to strategic recruitment initiatives and projects;

REQUIREMENTS:
-College diploma or above;
-Two years of relevant experience;
-English communication skills.
